Question Do you issue VAT invoices?
Answer

We only issue an invoice if requested by the customer. If you require an invoice, please provide the invoicing address when placing your order at the "Payment" step. In the "Company" field, please enter your company name and VAT number in the format Company Name (VAT number: XXXXXXXXXXXX). As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an invoice from us by email.

The cost of delivery by Polish Post is 13 zł, InPost 13 zł and InPost Kurier 17zł.
Free shipping from 119 zł, delivery time 1-2 days.

Worldwide

Worldwide shipping by Polish Post costs 7 euros. 
Delivery time worldwide 1-4 weeks (depending on the country).
Courier international express delivery service - 50 euros, delivery time 2-8 days.

Question How long does it take to receive the order?
Answer

Order production time can take from 1 to 5 days. On pre-holidays and promotional days the order production time may be increased. Delivery time in Poland takes 1-3 days, worldwide 1-4 weeks (depending on the country).

PRODUCTS

Question What material are the products made of?
Answer

In our production we use oak, but we also have other types of wood. However, it is always natural solid wood.

Question What are the figurines covered with?
Answer

The figurines of animal families are coated with natural linseed oil. When coating the toys we use waxes and paints by OSMO and Bekker. They hold the EN-71 certificate (safety requirements for toys - perspiration and saliva resistant). So our products are safe for children.

Question From what age can children play?
Answer

Most of the toys can be used by children from 3 years old.

Question Can I order figurines according to my idea/sketch?
Answer
